About Spring
Spring is the first agentic capital provider. Our AI agents move real money to real businesses. They underwrite, fund, and manage capital for the consumer brands you see on shelves at Costco, Target, and Walmart. Every piece of the platform is built in-house in New York. Next is agentic CFO products: software that understands a business deeply enough to know exactly what capital it needs and deliver it on the spot. Spring is backed by a $300M bank facility and $30M of equity.
The Role
Spring runs on a dozen people and a fleet of AI agents. You'll sit at the center of it and work cross-functionally across all of it, directly with the CEO and CTO. The job spans operations and product. You'll own how the company runs day to day, automate whatever can be automated, and work directly on the platform and the agents as we build the next generation of the product.
What You'll Do
- Own operating workflows and automate tirelessly.
- Work directly with the CEO and CTO across every function of the business.
- Contribute to new structured credit products and their delivery via agents.
- Iterate on the product itself, shaping the platform and the agents as they evolve.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of full-time experience in investment banking, private credit, private equity, or consulting.
- Incredibly strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- You write and speak precisely. You'll be a direct point of contact for founders and partners.
- Full ownership across operations from day one.
- Strong familiarity with the latest AI and coding tools.
- Startup experience is a plus, not required.
